Impala Hotel is located in Arusha, at the foot of Mount Meru, adjacent to a quiet residential area in the suburbs of Arusha. It is just one kilometre from the town centre and 30 minutes drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport.

 The hotel offers 160 well-furnished rooms, which includes; 10 junior suites, 20 executive suites and 10 deluxe suites, all with en-suite bathrooms and 21 inch colour TV. Our rooms are spacious, well ventilated and are specially designed to make you comfortable. We have direct dial telephone facility and room- to-room connection.

Late check out policy:

Guests are advised to check out in time. However in case of a late check out 50% of the B/B rate will be charged.

Policy on children staying with parents:

 - Children under 6 years sharing with parents will be free.
 - Child between 6-12 sharing with an adult or two children sharing own rooms will be charged US$90 per day on B/B basis.
- Child sharing room with parents (Two adults) will be charged US$ 120 per day on B/B basis.
- Children aged 12 and above will be charged full rates .

Cancellation Policy:
- Until 40 days prior to arrival - No charges
- 39-30 days prior to arrival - 30% cancellation fee
- 29-20 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee
- 19-10 days prior to arrival - 75% cancellation fee
- From 9 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee

Other disclosures:

- Meals (lunch, dinner) are $10 per person
- Day room is charged at 50% of B/B rates
